Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product has manufacturing defects.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
• Products showing signs of use, modification, or alteration after delivery.
• Items returned without prior approval from Raja Iron Factory.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.
2. Provide your order details and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
4. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.

Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will proceed with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before production or dispatch begins. Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once manufacturing has started.
